Each product handles one part of the work with your collection. Start with what you need today and add the others whenever you want.
Otlet

Our own analytics
Usage metrics for your collection, without Google Analytics.
We add our own analytics to your repository, running on servers in Brazil. Access data never leaves the country, and your institution keeps sovereignty over it.
Servers in Brazil
Access data is hosted within Brazilian territory.
Data sovereignty
The metrics belong to your institution, not to an ad platform.
No Google Analytics
Track how your collection is used without sending data to Google.

How we work
Built to scale without losing rigor.
Standards at the core
MARC 21, Dublin Core, UDC, Cutter and ISAD(G) are part of the product from the first record, not a plugin.
You stay in control
Human review whenever you want, per-connection modes, and batches that can be audited and undone.
Ready to grow
Cloud, APIs and open integrations: from your first collection to a whole library network, without starting over.
About
Over 20 years across libraries, repositories and code.
Thonytech was born inside the library. We bring more than 20 years of work with library systems and DSpace and OJS deployments: institutional repositories, digital libraries of theses and dissertations, and scholarly journal portals.
On top of that come more than 15 years of software engineering on large-scale projects, including for Google, covering systems integration, cloud and distributed architecture. That combination goes into every product: the rigor of librarianship with the engineering of people who build systems that cannot stop.
